Learn to Sew

When I was 6, my grandmother started teaching me to sew. When I was 7, I made my first quilt. It was blue and white, and made from scraps. It wasn't very sturdy, and there were threads everywhere, but it sparked a love of sewing that's so far lasted me almost 30 years!

Since those hand sewing lessons, I learned to use an ancient Singer upholstery machine, and later more modern machines, sergers, experimented with embroidery and even weaving.

Whether you're learning to sew for the first time, expanding your skills by hand/machine/serger, or just want a nice, supportive environment to sew in, I'd love to help!
